When will my order be shipped out?
Once your order has been placed and processed by us, we will send your order to our fulfillment center and it could take 1-2 Business Days for it to be shipped from the warehouse.

How do I Return / Exchange a Product?
If you need to return or exchange your product, please email us to hello@shapersfit.com to send your request. Please keep in mind that customers are responsible for paying the shipping for returns. Once the return has arrived at out fulfillment facility and the product has been fully inspected by one of our team members, we will issue a refund to the same payment method you used to buy the product. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to reflect back on your payment method.
